Founder experience before AI architecture.
Before building AI products, I founded and led Xpress Delivery, a same-day courier business spanning product, engineering and enterprise B2B operations. In 2022, Brief included me in “50 Most Creative in Business”. That operating background is why I start with the business bottleneck, the decision boundary and the outcome to measure — not the model.
Governed AI delivery
Deterministic workflow logic governs business decisions; models are used for bounded interpretation, extraction and phrasing.
Evidence: architectural principle, not a universal measured ratio; scope to the named systems.
One Who Is Many
The name is the thesis. Borg collapses many into one; The Ones inverts it — one sovereign person, amplified into many by a voluntary collective of AI agents. The collective serves the operator; it never assimilates them. Every step stays human-owned, and nothing ships without passing the gates.
- 01
Human intent
I set the outcome and stay accountable for every decision.
- 02
Orchestrator
Intent is decomposed into scoped work agents can execute.
- 03
Specialized agents
A voluntary collective does the parallel heavy lifting.
- 04
Quality gates
Tests, reviews and scans before anything is called done.
- 05
Verified result
Output with evidence attached — not a claim, a track record.
So I built the room I couldn't find
TheOnes.io is the thing I needed and couldn't buy: a place where neurodivergent developers are the norm, not the caveat. Neurodivergent-first means less cognitive friction, ambiguity, shame and overload — no diagnosis required, and useful to everyone. The first public product is theDeveloper Passport: your CV says what you claim, your code contains evidence, and the Passport connects the two.
